How does the way of production affect the way audiences engage with a film

 If it’s a theatrical production, the actors are forced to play well because they feel the living presence of an audience.  The level of response affects the acting. If it’s a positive response, it’s good acting. However, if it’s a negative response, it’s not good acting. This way of production may engage the audience or it might not.
